2021 Photo Exhibit

PLDL members are eager to share our 2nd Annual Online Photo Exhibit with the Port Ludlow community. We have gathered our favorite images to share and many have already logged on to view it! Go to and if you missed last year’s exhibit be sure to check it out too!

All Things Digital at The Bay Club

The first regular All Things Digital meeting will take place Monday, November 15, from 3 – 5 pm at the Bay Club. The topic will be something everyone is concerned about: computer security. We will examine the various threats that exist against our devices, what they can do, and how to either avoid them or protect ourselves from them. It should be a very informative class that involves both PCs and Macs.

Malware, Ransomware and Viruses

Bring your computers and learn about what others experience. We will talk about protection from viruses, malware, ransomware, Trojan horses, and any other problem program you may download if not careful. Various websites will be viewed with you being able to make notes on them and potentially download protective software after the meeting.

John Nuerenberg will teach this class. If you are interested in attending, please email John at a2111|||plvoice|||org|||PLDL Class and you will be sent a class handout a few days before this meeting.

Future sessions planned for ‘All Things Digital’ include workshops on Windows 10, Password managers, Browsers and MORE! Watch for the scheduled meeting announcements in the PL Voice or Nextdoor notice.

After viewing the Online 2021 Photo Exhibit you may be asking yourself if you could share in the photo fun. Why YES of course, we welcome all Photographers whether you are using your cell phone, a point and shoot, or a DSLR.

PLDL Photo sessions will be held on the 4th Monday of each month at the Bay Club from 10 Am to noon. Everyone is invited.

Under the leadership of Shirley Sandoz, the November 22th meeting will be held in the Bay Club from 10 AM to noon. Shirley will offer a session on Burst Photography, which can be done on a cell phone as well as a camera. Regardless of the program you will be guaranteed 2 hours of Photography Fun.
