Public Right-of-Way Concerns

Jefferson County Public Works (JCPW) is seeking information on how to better serve residents with limited mobility.

JCPW has drafted a Public Right-of-Way ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Transition Plan to identify existing barriers to accessibility withing the county road right-of-way. These include curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, and pedestrian street crossings on County facilities.

JCPW is making this Plan available for public comment here:

JCPW seeks your comments on the Draft Plan, which may be emailed to pubworks@co.jefferson.wa.us through Friday, January 10th.
