Here are some guidelines for submitting articles:

• When to submit articles: Before the 8th of the month prior to the publication of the magazine. Where to submit articles: editor|||plvoice|||org|||PLVoice Submission
• File type: Word Document, as an attachment. Please do not put it in the body of the email.
• Length of article: Articles: 150 to 350 words or less, unless permission has been granted for a longer article. Voice editors reserve the right to edit any article to meet the word limit.
• Photos: Send photos as separate JPG files, not embedded in the document. They should be in High Resolution of 350 dpi or more. Include a caption identifying all people in the photo (if possible) and the photographer; if the photographer is not listed, we print “Submitted Photo” under the caption.
